Intraductal papillary carcinoma is an architectural pattern of Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) without invasion into the breast stroma. We present a case of 72-year-old male with underlying benign prostatic hyperplasia on 5-alpha reductase inhibitor medication, who had presented with unilateral breast swelling and nipple discharge. While working up for breast carcinoma, there was an incidental finding of prostatic mass from computed tomography.
