The purpose of this work was to report our surgical experience in the care of the wounded. Materials and Methods: This was a cross sectional study conducted from September 2014 to March 2015. The parameters studied were the age, sex, time of admission, seat and nature of the lesions and the surgical procedure performed. Results: Ninety-seven wounded including 92 men and 5 women were identified. Sixty-two (63.9%) wounded were admitted within hours of the attacks.
