Placenta Percreta: A Rare Cause of Mid Trimester Cornual Uterine Rupture

Abnormal placentation and its complications had increased during the
past few years. Ever increasing rates of cesarean section has been
responsible for this. Placenta accreta is a life threatening condition.
We are reporting a case of placenta percreta leading to cornual uterine
rupture.
